On behalf of a number of clients we continue to strategically monitor their holdings across the UK. An opportunity arose to acquire a building adjacent to our clients HQ in Salford.
The 15,000 sq ft facility was dilapidated and need substantial work, however it enabled our clients to future proof their existing facility, with the provision of further office and yard facilities as well as additional car parking.
Working alongside our consultants we provided the clients with various cost options for the refurbishment of the facility and accordingly we were then suitably aware of the cost of refurbishment and were able to make a considered offer for the premises.
Keeping the identity of the client confidential was imperative in order to secure the best terms which we able to achieve to enable a successful expansion of their business.
