Trafford Park is principally seen as an industrial rather than an office location however this has changed over the last few years and we advised our clients that due to the excellent car park potential we should target car parking hungry operators.
Through our targeting we successfully identified a Plc company who required a new corporate headquarters facility with a greater car parking ratio than what is generally available in the market due to the nature of their travelling staff.
We were able to negotiate on behalf of our client a rent and incentive package but more importantly a long lease that they were not budgeting for which had a very positive effect on their investment value.
