Our client had been unsuccessful in identifying a suitable building that could facilitate their rapid growth in a suitable location for their ever growing staff numbers. Car parking and transport links were crucial along with an HQ feel.
Upon instruction we had several meetings with the clients to understand the brief and the drivers for the relocation. We advised on potential size and parking ratios along with the most suitable locations to achieve this.
Through our network of contacts we were able to identify an off market opportunity of a 20,000 sq ft office building adjacent to a junction of the M60 that would provide for ease of access for all of their staff whilst providing ample car parking to accommodate them as well as projecting the necessary corporate image for their clients.
Through a detailed negotiation and monitoring of legalities we were able to successfully manage the acquisition to a successful and extremely fast conclusion.
