The nature of these investments is complex and throughout our 15 years of experience in dealing with them we have become well established to advise our clients how to structure leases and also advise on the best purchase mechanism and crucially who are the most active buyers at any one time to ensure we drive value for our clients.
We have acted for this particular client who is a major housebuilder for the last 10 years and have disposed of over £35 million of ground rents on their behalf. As we deal in the area of the market on a daily basis we advised that prices were extremely strong and devised a structure whereby our client could lock in to todays strong yields and forward sell their portfolio.
