Pharmaceutical wholesaler Mawdsley Brooks is to expand in Salford.

The company’s parent Mawdsleys Group Investments has acquired Houston House, 4 Houston Park on Montford Street.

The freehold industrial warehouse building provides 14,374 sq ft of accommodation including offices and first floor storage.

Commercial agent TFC purchased the building on behalf of Mawdsleys.

Ben Fallows director of TFC said: “This building sits next door to Mawdsley Brooks current premises and was a strategic purchase to consolidate the company’s ongoing expansion.”

Lambert Smith Hampton acted for the vendor, a private pension fund.
