Mawdsleys have acquired a brand new 150,000 sq ft pre wholesale warehouse at Redhouse Interchange in Doncaster to facilitate their ongoing expansion. Advised by TFC Commercial Property, MPW’s brand new warehouse and distribution centre has opened its doors for business. This new facility, is the latest addition to our network of pre-wholesale distribution centres. The warehouse, has the capacity for 27,000 ambient storage pallets, 1,200 pallets of controlled drugs and 300 pallets requiring cold chain storage making it our largest facility yet. It’s also FMD ready and available for Brexit stock-piling.

Commenting on the acquisition Ben Fallows Director who advises Mawdsleys nationally  said “the search for a suitable site had been ongoing for some time, but we identified Redhouse as and ideal location for our clients as it offers not only exceptional connectivity but also the site, which is 17 acres and has been bought freehold, also allows for significant further expansion” he went on to add “we were able to assist our client from land acquisition to design inception and ultimate delivery of the development, it is really great to be involved from the ground up!”
