The freehold of the former office building Nifes House, Sinderland Road, Broadheath, Altrincham has been sold to a private trust for an undislosed sum

The 6000 sq ft building was sold with planning to convert it into 12 one and two bedroom apartments.

Canning O’Neill and TFC represented the vendor Brinkley Investments . Ben Fallows, director of commercial agent TFC who sold the property  said: “The property is situated in a popular residential area making it ideal for residential conversion so our marketing was specifically targeted at the housing sector.  It generated substantial interest and went to final bids and achieved an excellent price in excess of the £620,000 asking price.”
