TFC Appointed at Cobra Court

The Joint LPA receivers of the two former Pinder Fry & Benjamin owned office buildings on Cobra Court, Trafford Park in Manchester have announced the appointment of TFC as joint agents alongside Jones Lang LaSalle. The self-contained buildings, units 23 and 17a, comprise a total of 10,000 sq ft of office space.

Cobra Court comprises 28 buildings and is home to over 20 different occupiers. Just three units in total, ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft, now remain available on the scheme.
